Systematic review tools are the separate utilities a review uses at each stage: a protocol, a search, deduplication, screening, extraction, and a manuscript outline. This site gives nine tools, one stage at a time. Each tool hands the next stage a file or a count, from a protocol worksheet and PubMed search blocks to a deduplication audit, screening decisions, an Excel evidence table, and a Word outline.

One handoff, counted
The deduplication download is a ZIP with a deduplicated RIS file, a CSV audit, and a JSON summary of total records, duplicates removed, and unique records. A worked example maps the original database totals and the duplicates-removed count onto identification boxes on a flow diagram aligned with PRISMA 2020.
